The Superman curse
The Superman curse refers to a series of misfortunes that happened to the people who have worked in this franchise. I really liked those animated series and seriously I don't believe in this stuff. I like Superman. let's start with people who are said to be victims of this curse.

1.Kirk Alyn

Kirk Alyn played as Superman in 1940s low budget Superman serials. But he couldn't gain success in his career. He became restricted to voice-overs, commercials, and uncredited screen roles. He suffered Alzheimer's's disease and died in 1999 at the age of 88.

3.Lee Quigley
Lee Quigley played as a Superman as a baby in a film. He died of solvent abuse at the age of 14.
Christopher Reeve was the most successful person in this list. He was very famous for his roles as Superman in the four Superman film series. In 1995, he was paralysed from the neck to down from a horse ride. Later, he died of heart failure in 2004.
George Reeves acted as Superman in the movie Superman and the Mole Men in 1951 and in the television series Adventures of Superman. In 1959, he was shot dead at his home. It was concluded as a suicide. It is said that his fingerprints were not found on the gun.
Marlon Brando acted as Joe-El in the film Superman: The Movie (1978), famous for his role in The Godfather. Misfortunes followed him also. In 1990, His son shot his half-sister's boyfriend. In 1995, his daughter committed suicide. He died in 2004.
Margot Kidder played as Lois lane. She suffered from bipolar disorder. In 1996, she disappeared for several days and found in a paranoid state. Kidder refused the idea of this Superman curse.
Richer Pryor acted as a villain Gus Gorman in Superman 3. In 1986, he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. In 2005, he died of cardiac arrest at the age of 65.
Joe Shuster was an artist who sold the rights to DC comics. In 1950, Shuster was losing his eyesight which made him quit his job and worked as a deliveryman.In 1976, he went almost blind and lived in a nursing home.
Max Fleischer and Dave Fleischer was the producers of Superman cartoons, they started quarreling each other followed by a financial crisis which made them sell the studio. The new owners of the Studio dismissed from the Studio and one of the brothers died of poverty.
I have written whatever I found relevant about this curse. There are people who are said to be not affected by the curse. Henry Cavill, Brandon Routh, Bob Holiday and Dean Cain are some of them. I don't think Brandon Routh was successful after acting as Superman in Superman Returns. Let's see what happens to Henry Cavill who is the latest Superman "The Man Of Steel".
